The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of linking intangible resources and export performance with entrepreneurial approach and dynamic capabilities in exporters of clothing industry in Khorasan Razavi province and the statistical population of this study is all exporters of clothing industry in Khorasan Razavi province. In this study, 130 questionnaires were printed for sample selection and distributed among all exporters of clothing industry in Khorasan Razavi (Sarakhs, Neishabour, Dogharun and Mashhad) in a stratified random manner. . The data measurement tool of this study is the translation of the base article (Paula Montreiro et al. 2019) whose validity was confirmed by content validity method and structural validity and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's method. Structural equation modeling approach was used to test the hypotheses. The results show that in general, the values of general indicators of fit of the measurement model of this study are quite acceptable and indicate a significant relationship between intangible resources and export performance with entrepreneurial approach and dynamic capabilities in exporters of the garment industry in the province.
