Therefore, the aim of designing a financial strategy model for the Social Security Organization with an artificial intelligence approach is to design an artificial intelligence approach. The present study was conducted with a qualitative approach and in terms of purpose, it is an applied research and using the content analysis method. The experts included professors of the financial management and accounting faculty as well as auditors, and the interviewees included 15 people who were selected through purposive sampling until reaching theoretical saturation. The data were collected using semi-structured interviews. To ensure validity and reliability, the findings were confirmed by the interviewees. In order to analyze the data, the Brown and Clark method was used with the Max QDA qualitative data analysis software. The findings from the interview analysis included 66 open codes, 14 basic themes, 7 organizing themes, and 1 overarching theme. Which includes budgeting and smart resource allocation, innovative investment, financial risk management, diversification of financial resources, financial transparency and auditing, financial efficiency strategies, financial justice and sustainability strategies. By providing practical strategies based on artificial intelligence, this model can help optimize financial decision-making, increase financial justice and sustainability, and improve the macro performance of the Social Security Organization. با توجه به پیچیدگی‌های محیط اقتصادی و حجم گسترده منابع مالی، سازمان تأمین اجتماعی نیازمند طراحی مدل‌های نوین مدیریت مالی است ازاین‌رو هدف طراحی مدل استراتژی‌های مالی سازمان تأمین اجتماعی با رویکرد هوش مصنوعی است. پژوهش حاضر با رویکردی کیفی و از نظر هدف جزو پژوهش‌های کاربردی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. خبرگان شامل اساتید هیئت‌علمی مدیریت مالی و حسابداری و همچنین حسابرسان بودند و همچنین مصاحبه شوندگان شامل، 15 نفر که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تا رسیدن به سطح اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته گردآوری شد. برای اطمینان از روایی و پایایی ، یافته‌ها به تایید مصاحبه‌ ‌شوندگان رسید. به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از روش براون و کلارک با نرم افزار تحلیل داده های کیفی مکس کیودآ انجام گردید.یافته ها حاصل از تحلیل مصاحبه شامل 66 کد باز ، 14 مضمون پایه ، 7 مضمون سازمان دهنده و 1 مضمون فراگیر شناسایی شدند. که شامل بودجه‌ریزی و تخصیص منابع هوشمند، سرمایه‌گذاری نوین، مدیریت ریسک مالی، تنوع‌بخشی منابع مالی، شفافیت و حسابرسی مالی، استراتژی‌های بهره‌وری مالی، استراتژی‌های عدالت مالی و پایداری است.این مدل با ارائه راهبردهای کاربردی مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی می‌تواند به بهینه‌سازی تصمیم‌گیری‌های مالی، افزایش عدالت و پایداری مالی و ارتقای عملکرد کلان سازمان تأمین اجتماعی کمک نماید. https://www.bumara.ir/article_230608_ffa247ae4a097dc6a7e45ed492a5f069.pdf
