Performance measurement is one of the ongoing concerns of capable and interested managers in improving the organization. In traditional models, the management of this category is considered as controlling the duties and functions of the manager, but in new theories as the main system of human resource management has a function beyond rewarding and strengthening behavior, establishing communication between managers and employees and improving human resources. In organizations, by emphasizing the degree of achievement of the desired changes after one or more periods of comparison in the same conditions, the emphasis is on. The more successful management is in achieving the organization's goals, the more productive it will be, resulting in greater market share and profitability for the organization. Continuation of this trend will create wealth and continuity and survival of the organization in today's competitive and turbulent world. One of the factors influencing organizational performance is job satisfaction; therefore, in this article we have tried to examine the impact of job satisfaction on organizational performance.
