The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of strategic human resource management on organizational performance of employees in Persepolis Pars Assaluyeh Petrochemical, in 1399. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this study was the employees of Persepolis Petrochemical Company. At the time of the research, their number was considered as 180 people, which was considered as a sample using Morgan table, 118 people. . The assessment tool of this research is the standard questionnaire of strategic management of human resources of Chang and Hong (2005) and organizational performance (1396). The apparent validity and reliability of the research have been confirmed. The final questionnaire was given to the members of the statistical sample by simple random sampling method. After collecting the questionnaires, the research data were analyzed using SPSS 24 software. Regression analysis test was used to test the research hypotheses due to the normality of the research data. . The results have shown that training and development of human resources has an effect on the performance of Persepolis Pars Assaluyeh Petrochemical Company. Employment with human resources has an effect on the performance of Persepolis Pars Assaluyeh Petrochemical Company. Effective communication with employees has an effect on the performance of Persepolis Pars Assaluyeh Petrochemical Company Management development has no effect on the performance of Persepolis Pars Assaluyeh Petrochemical Company. Flexible work plans affect the performance of Persepolis Pars Assaluyeh Petrochemical Company. Equal employment opportunities affect the performance of Persepolis Pars Assaluyeh Petrochemical Company.
