Objective: The aim of this study was to identify the disadvantages of the education and human resources development system in Sepah Bank.
Method: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection method is a combined (quantitative-qualitative) method. The qualitative method consists of two stages of document analysis and semi-structured interview and the quantitative method is done using a questionnaire.
Results: The research population in the analysis of documents includes dissertations, books, articles in the field of pathology of education and development and 46 scientific documents were used as a sample using the available sampling method. For interviews, all managers, experts, experts and activists of education and development constitute the research community. Using purposive sampling method, 18 people were selected as the sample. In the quantitative stage of the research, the statistical population consisted of all employees and managers of Sepah Bank in Tabriz, numbering 250 people, which was determined by stratified random sampling method and based on Cochran's formula, the sample size was 126 people.
Conclusion: Based on the findings, Sepah Bank suffers in all three dimensions of process, structure and environment. Some of the important strategies of this research are: paying attention to regional potentials in the educational needs assessment process, planning to improve key human resource skills such as creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship, planning to teach soft skills such as teamwork and work ethic to employees and Implement integrated management of skills training.
