Investigating the effect of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior with the mediating role of job satisfaction (Case of study: Lorestan Province Road Administration)

Abstract

This research is to examine the prioritization of the impact of effective obstacles on technology adoption (case study: knowledge-based companies in Karaj), to examine the effect of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior with the mediating role of job satisfaction (case study: Lorestan Province Road Administration). The research is descriptive and survey in terms of practical purpose and in terms of how to collect information. Research data has been collected through five-choice Likert questions included in the research questionnaire. In this research, in order to analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire, in accordance with the statistical needs, SPSS.V24 statistical software and pls.V3 structural equation software were used in the form of descriptive and inferential statistics in the form of linear and multiple regression. The comprehensiveness of this research is used for the limited population of the employees of the Lorestan province road department, which totals 316 people. In order to calculate the required sample size for the research, using Cochran's formula, 173 people have been obtained at a confidence level of 5%. The sample under study was collected by the available method. . The research results show that the variables of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior with the mediating role of job satisfaction (0.315), organizational justice on job satisfaction (0.821), organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior (0.417), job satisfaction on citizenship behavior Organizational (0.384) is effective.
