This article examines the thoughts of Imam Khomeini (RA) regarding value management in the education system. Imam Khomeini (RA) as the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, has played a significant role in shaping the education system of the country. Emphasizing Islamic and human values, he has presented principles for managing and guiding education, which focuses on educating committed, ethical and responsible people. In this study, using analytical and descriptive methods, the key concepts and main axes of Imam Khomeini's views on value management in education are examined. The results of the research show that Imam Khomeini (RA) emphasized the importance of religious education, strengthening national and cultural identity, and creating dynamic and moral-oriented educational environments, and considers correct and value-oriented management as the essential means to achieve these goals. This article helps teachers, administrators and educational policy makers to improve the quality and effectiveness of the education system by using the thoughts of Imam Khomeini (RA).
