It is mandatory to comply with the writing and scientific principles in the guide.
How can I track the status of my submitted article?
Only the responsible author of the article can view the status of the article through his/her user profile in the system. Any changes in the status of the article will be notified to the responsible author via SMS or email. Other authors can be informed about the status of the article by the responsible author.
How can I contact the journal's managers and staff?
The journal's staff is prohibited from providing personal contact numbers. First, search for your answer in the FAQ section. If the desired answer is not found, you can submit your question through the journal's system. Your answer will be provided within one business day.
How long does it take to receive acceptance of the article?
The article acceptance process includes the following steps:
Initial review: The article is reviewed by the journal's experts for compliance with the editorial guidelines (maximum one week).
Evaluation by the editor and the scientific committee: If the first stage is approved, the quality of the content and relevance of the topic will be evaluated by the editor and the specialized editor (maximum one week).
Review: The article is sent to two referees and the review process is carried out according to the following procedure:
Rejection of the article if rejected by both referees.
Overall review if requested by both referees.
Final decision in case of disagreement by sending to a third referee.
Revision and revision: After the author makes the corrections, the article will be sent to the comparative review referees.
The article acceptance process, if finally approved, takes about 6 months.
