The effect of organizational culture and intelligence on the leadership and creativity of Islamic Azad University

Abstract
In today's world, creativity and innovation are recognized as key factors for the success of organizations and educational institutions. This research examines the impact of organizational culture and emotional intelligence on effective leadership and creativity at Islamic Azad University. Organizational culture encompasses a set of shared values, beliefs, and behaviors that influence the performance of the organization’s members. Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage one's own emotions and the emotions of others, playing a crucial role in social and professional interactions.In this study, the main concepts and components of organizational culture and emotional intelligence are first examined. Then, the impact of these factors on effective leadership, defined as the ability to optimally guide and manage human and financial resources, is analyzed. The results of this research indicate that the presence of a supportive organizational culture and high levels of emotional intelligence in leaders can lead to increased creativity and innovation at Islamic Azad University.This study recommends that university managers and leaders enhance a positive organizational culture and improve their emotional intelligence to create the necessary conditions for the growth and development of creativity. Overall, this study highlights the importance of the combination of organizational culture and emotional intelligence in achieving effective leadership and boosting.
