Abstract
This study examines the design of an inter-organizational strategic collaboration model using blockchain technology. Strategic collaboration, as one of the important pillars of the growth and development of organizations, requires secure and transparent platforms to facilitate interactions and information exchange. Blockchain, by providing features such as transparency, security, and data immutability, is specifically intended to improve these collaborations. In this study, different collaboration models were examined with a focus on the benefits and challenges of using blockchain, and suggestions were made to improve the use of this technology. The results show that blockchain can significantly help reduce costs, increase efficiency, and facilitate inter-organizational collaboration processes, however, there are challenges such as technical, legal, and cultural problems in its implementation.
