Abstract
Human resources improvement is an established concept in the field of human resources management and has become a fundamental and vital issue in all organizations in today's knowledge-based world. Therefore, the main goal of this research is to design a human resources improvement model with a sustainable development approach in medical sciences hospitals and the Kermanshah Social Security Organization. The research method is descriptive-survey. The data collection tool includes a researcher-made questionnaire of human resources improvement programs. The statistical population of this study includes all personnel working in hospitals of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences. The sample size was 341 people based on the Krejci Morgan table and the sampling method was simple random stratified. The method of analyzing the research data was through structural equation modeling using PLS and AMOS software. The final model was designed in four sections: philosophy and goals, dimensions and components, implementation process and model output. The results showed that the current status of human resource improvement programs in the dimensions of "moral", "social, cultural" and "individual" improvement has a relative level of satisfaction. In the dimensions and components section, the goodness of fit index was 677.90 and the mean square error index was 0.06, and the overall validity of the model was also confirmed by experts. According to the research findings, all indicators are at the desired level, so it can be concluded that the human resource improvement model with a sustainable development approach in hospitals of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences and the Social Security Organization of Kermanshah Province is approved.
