Identification of Factors Influencing the Attraction of Qarz al-Hassanah Deposits in Post Bank Branches of Tehran

Abstract
Objective: Qarz al-Hassanah deposits are a financial tool of significant interest, utilized as an Islamic financial instrument. These types of deposits are employed to encourage collaboration and assist others in achieving shared projects and goals. The present study aims to identify the factors influencing the attraction of Qarz al-Hassanah deposits in the Post Bank branches of Tehran.
Methodology: The methodological approach of this study is qualitative, utilizing the Sandelowski and Barroso integrative review method. In this research, out of 371 articles identified during a literature search over the past three decades in selected electronic databases, 63 articles met the selection criteria for inclusion.
Findings: From the 63 selected studies, the factors influencing the attraction of Qarz al-Hassanah deposits were identified across 7 dimensions: organizational factors, ethical factors, technological factors, marketing factors, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and blockchain.
Conclusion: The results of this research indicate that by implementing these strategies and utilizing appropriate approaches, banks and financial institutions can improve the process of attracting Qarz al-Hassanah deposits and enhance their financial productivity. This study serves as a practical guide for the banking and financial industry, helping to improve the process of attracting Qarz al-Hassanah deposits and strengthening customer relationships.
