Abstract
Background and Objective: Presenting a model for implementing intelligent human resource management based on strategic approaches attempts to diagnose the aforementioned phenomenon and improve its position among the National Iranian Oil Company. The present study aimed to design a model for intelligent human resource management with strategic approaches in the oil company.

Materials and Methods: This research was conducted using a mixed method. In the qualitative part, which was conducted using the content analysis method and the ISM structural interpretation method, the statistical population was senior managers of the National Iranian Oil Company in 1403. Based on purposive sampling, 15 of them were selected as samples and interviewed. The obtained data were analyzed using the coding method. In the quantitative part, the descriptive-correlation method was used. The statistical population included employees working in the Iranian Oil Company. Due to the unlimited nature of the sample, 384 people were determined based on the Cochran formula. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, and for inferential analysis of the data, the confirmatory factor analysis technique and then structural equation modeling were used.

Findings The findings of the qualitative section indicated 8 main themes, 44 sub-themes and 220 indicators that formed the research model. In the quantitative section, there is a significant relationship between the path coefficients of independent and mediating variables with intelligent human resource management. (p<0.05). So that the coefficient of determination of intelligent human resource management was 0.888, which means that 88.8 percent of the change in intelligent human resource management is due to the simultaneous effect of the independent and mediating variables under study. Therefore, with a confidence of 0.95, it can be said that all hypotheses are confirmed.

Conclusion: The results show that by designing an intelligent human resource management model with strategic approaches based on the 8 variables obtained in this study, it can help develop intelligent human resource management in the National Iranian Oil Company.
