Abstract
In today's complex and ever-changing world, organizations require innovative and scientific approaches to achieve sustained productivity and competitive advantage. This research investigates the impact of modern strategic thinking on organizational productivity, focusing on the mediating role of systemic and agile approaches. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), data collected from senior managers in manufacturing and service organizations were analyzed. The results indicated that modern strategic thinking has a positive and significant effect on organizational productivity, and the combination of systemic and agile approaches can reinforce this effect. Furthermore, scientific and operational strategies and solutions for implementing these approaches in organizations are presented. These strategies include developing a culture of strategic thinking, designing hybrid models, utilizing new technologies, empowering human resources, and continuous evaluation and improvement. The current research not only enriches existing literature but also provides practical solutions for managers to enhance their strategic productivity.
