Abstract
Abstract:

The cryptocurrency market, as one of the most innovative and rapidly evolving financial domains, has gained growing attention from investors, financial institutions, and policymakers worldwide, including Iran. Despite its substantial potential, Iran’s cryptocurrency ecosystem faces numerous challenges such as extreme price volatility, insufficient data analytics infrastructure, limited regulatory clarity, and lack of transparency—factors that collectively hinder effective decision-making and increase investment risks. This research develops an enterprise architecture framework specifically designed to enhance decision-making processes in Iran’s cryptocurrency market. The proposed framework integrates multi-layered components for data collection, market analysis, stakeholder identification, and risk management. By leveraging structured data processes and analytical modeling, the framework aims to improve agility and reliability in financial decisions. The study employs both qualitative and quantitative approaches, including document review, expert interviews, and model validation. The findings highlight the framework’s capability to align business and technological objectives, optimize investor decision-making, and support informed risk management within a dynamic and uncertain market environment. Ultimately, the framework contributes to establishing a more transparent and stable cryptocurrency market in Iran.
