بررسی اثرات یک ذهنیت رقابتی بر کارایی شرکت های کوچک و متوسط با نقش تعدیل کننده رشد استراتژیک

چکیده
ارتباط بین مشارکت و عملکرد به طور فزاینده ای توجه را به خود جلب می کند. تحقیقات موجود بر روی سطح شرکت متمرکز است، در حالی که نیاز به تحقیق در مورد جنبه های فردی مشارکت، مانند طرز فکر مشارکتی وجود دارد. برای کاهش این شکاف تحقیقاتی، ما نقش تعدیل کننده آرزوهای رشد استراتژیک را در رابطه بین ذهنیت مشارکتی و عملکرد شرکت های کوچک و متوسط بررسی می کنیم. ما فرضیه های خود را بر روی نمونه ای از 273 شرکت کوچک و متوسط آزمایش می کنیم. نتایج مطالعه تجربی ما نشان می‌دهد که رابطه بین ذهنیت رقابتی و عملکرد شرکت های کوچک و متوسط مستقیم نیست، بلکه با آرزوهای رشد استراتژیک تعدیل می‌شود. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که در حضور آرزوهای رشد استراتژیک بالا، طرز فکر تعاونی عملکرد را در شرکت های کوچک و متوسط کاهش می‌دهد، در حالی که اگر آرزوهای رشد استراتژیک کم باشد، ذهنیت مشارکتی عملکرد را بهبود می‌بخشد. نتایج این مطالعه با تمرکز بر سطح فردی و با نشان دادن اینکه تأثیر یک طرز فکر مشارکتی بر عملکرد شرکت های کوچک و متوسط بر اساس آرزوهای رشد استراتژیک مربوطه متفاوت است، به ادبیات مشارکت کمک می کند.

چکیده English

The relationship between participation and performance is receiving increasing attention. Existing research focuses on the firm level, while there is a need to investigate individual aspects of participation, such as the collaborative mindset. To bridge this research gap, we examine the moderating role of strategic growth aspirations in the relationship between collaborative mindset and the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises. We test our hypotheses on a sample of 273 small and medium-sized enterprises. The results of our empirical study show that the relationship between competitive mindset and the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises is not direct, but is moderated by strategic growth aspirations. The results indicate that in the presence of high strategic growth aspirations, a collaborative mindset reduces performance in small and medium-sized enterprises, whereas if strategic growth aspirations are low, a collaborative mindset improves performance. The results of this study contribute to the partnership literature by focusing on the individual level and by showing that the impact of a partnership mindset on the performance of SMEs varies based on the respective strategic growth aspirations.
