This study examines organizational innovation models based on artificial intelligence (AI) and deep learning and examines their role in creating sustainable competitive advantage in organizations. In today's world, where we are faced with rapid changes and many uncertainties, the use of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and deep learning can help organizations create effective innovations and be resilient to environmental challenges. Using thematic analysis, this research identified the main themes and sub-codes related to the application of these technologies in organizational innovation and categorized them into five main categories. The results show that artificial intelligence and deep learning can effectively help organizations analyze data, predict future trends, and improve strategic decision-making. Challenges and barriers to implementing these technologies have also been identified. Finally, suggestions are provided to improve the use of these technologies in organizational innovation and create sustainable competitive advantage.
