This study has designed a strategic model of organizational resilience in the face of complex crises through an adaptive learning approach. The main objective of the research is to identify and analyze the factors affecting organizational resilience and introduce solutions that help organizations respond effectively in complex crisis situations. The results show that organizational resilience includes continuous learning processes, adapting to environmental changes, and utilizing past experiences. In addition, adaptive learning allows organizations to respond quickly to crises and improve their capabilities. This research emphasizes the need to use modern methods of assessing resilience and strengthening organizational capacities in response to complex threats. The findings also point to the importance of transformational leadership, flexible organizational structure, and open organizational culture in strengthening resilience. Finally, the proposed model can be a guide for designing resilience strategies in organizations.
