The present study examines a model of organizational transformation strategies with an emphasis on a culture of learning and innovation. In today's world, where digital transformation and new technologies have affected all aspects of organizations, learning and innovation culture are recognized as key factors in the success of organizational transformation. This research aims to identify and analyze the factors affecting the creation of a learning and innovation culture in organizations, and proposes models for improving organizational transformation processes. Based on the analysis of sub-codes and extracted main themes, the challenges and opportunities facing organizations in developing a learning and innovation culture are identified and solutions are provided to overcome existing obstacles. The results of the research show that the combination of effective leadership, investment in training and development, and the use of new technologies can contribute to the success of organizational transformation strategies. This research also emphasizes the importance of using new approaches in strategic decision-making processes.
