Just as the principle of oppression is one of the major sins that deserves severe punishment, cooperating and helping the oppressor is also considered oppression, and the collaborator and supporter of oppression is considered to be the perpetrator of the principle of oppression and deserves the punishment of being the leader of oppression. The jurists have considered cooperation in oppression in three ways, two of which are definitely forbidden and one of the great ones, one is cooperation in the oppression of the oppressor and the other is to be considered as an accomplice of the oppressor. But in the third case, where helping the oppressor in matters is permissible, not his oppression, and not to the extent that the perpetrator is considered one of the oppressors. This research aims to investigate the issue of cooperation with the oppressor with a descriptive and analytical method from the perspective of Islamic management.
The examples of cooperation in oppression can be divided into before and after the realization of oppression according to time, and accompanying oppression is not limited to the accompaniment of Juarhi, but also includes the accompaniment of youth, and it indicates the sanctity of cooperation in oppression. Arbaa evidences indicate the sanctity of cooperation in oppression, and one of the clear examples of cooperation in oppression is the acceptance of the governorship by the unjust ruler, and the ruling on the sanctity of accepting the governorship from the unjust ruler has been allowed in exceptional cases. Shaykh Ansari has divided the permissible cases of accepting wilaya jaer into three types: makruh, mustahabb, and wajib. The findings of the research show that non-obligatory forms of permissiveness cannot be used from traditions, and the exceptions to the acceptance of wilayat jaer are the conditions of reluctance, urgency, and piety, and the most certain expedient of accepting wilayat jaer is the preservation of the right religion and its followers, and it cannot be extended to other interests such as commanding the good and forbidding the bad, except in the case of the principle of the good and the bad, i.e. commanding the wilayat of the Ahl al-Bayt and forbidding the wilayat other than them
