The Spring 2025 issue of Smart Strategic Management, continuing its interdisciplinary and forward-looking mission in the field of strategic management, features six innovative and practical articles. Each of these articles portrays a distinct view of the emerging needs and technological capabilities of organizations in today’s turbulent world. From designing intelligent models for segmenting corporate clients in banks using distributed neural architectures, to analyzing organizational maturity in implementing artificial intelligence, from designing value-based strategic models in business training to examining fintechs and their vital role in bank stability, all of these articles demonstrate that today's management is no longer able to respond to complex environmental challenges without utilizing technology, customer emotional insight, and advanced analytical frameworks.
By combining theoretical, technical, and applied aspects, the research in this issue both enhances the strategic management literature and provides effective tools for decision-making to managers, policymakers, and researchers. The overall approach of this issue is to emphasize the "synergy between technological innovation and social responsibility"; where ethics, alongside algorithms, find meaning, and artificial intelligence, in conjunction with human values, can build trust and bring sustainable competitive advantage to organizations.
