The increasing growth and development of information technology has caused major changes in the global community. Today, various organizations offer their services digitally, and digitization is developing as a trend in all matters. This issue has also had a significant impact in the banking industry. Considering this, the aim of this research is to design and develop a digital banking market penetration model in Sepah Bank using the interpretive structural modeling method. In this research, after performing the meta-synthesis process, the indicators affecting the penetration in the digital banking market were counted, and a total of 44 sub-components were identified and classified into eight main components. Finally, these eight main components were presented using the interpretive structural modeling method in six levels of classification and a comprehensive research model. The influence and degree of dependence of the components were also determined using the Miq-Maq analysis, which showed that the management and training components are the driving or influential variables with the highest influence and the lowest influence, the three components of the quality of the service provider system, security, and keeping up with global changes are the dependent variables that have low influence and high dependence, which have high influence and the lowest influence compared to other components. Also, the components of understanding the necessity of bank digitization, culture building, and advertising are in the realm of linked variables, which have high influence and dependence, and any change in these components can affect the entire system, because they both have the power of influence and are affected by other components. Also, in this study, no component was placed in the area of autonomous variables.
