The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the themes of the culture of sacred defense from the perspective of the commanders of the imposed war (qualitative approach). The present research was of a qualitative type. The statistical population of the research is the qualitative part of the commanders of the imposed war. The sampling is snowball or chain. In the interview, first, 16 commanders of the imposed war who are experts and have sufficient education and experience related to the subject were selected. The content analysis method was used to analyze the data. In the qualitative stage, 132 conceptual codes were identified and extracted and coded using the content analysis method at three levels of basic, organizing and comprehensive themes. Then, to screen the identified factors from two rounds of the fuzzy Delphi approach, 10 university experts were used in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis resulted in the identification of 98 basic themes, 32 organizing themes and 10 comprehensive themes. The findings showed that in the general dimension of the experts' perspective, the following dimensions are included: the risk-taking, innovation, and structural transformation dimension, including the components (risk-taking and innovation, structural transformation, change); the management culture style change dimension, including the components (agile management, jihadi management, cultural management, voluntary management, negotiation and participation skills, accountability, and transparency); the ethics-oriented dimension, including the components (behavior and ethics, moral attitude and belief); the insight and intelligence dimension, including the components (insight and intelligence in defending ideals, education and awareness); the role model dimension from the creators of the epic of the Sacred Defense, including the components (responsibility, hostility, guardianship, tirelessness, courage and determination, trust and commitment, self-belief, justice and fairness); the human dignity dimension, including the components (dignity and honor and humanism); the spirituality and faith dimension, including the components (faith and belief and spirituality); the law-oriented dimension, including the components (the chapter on the law, the establishment of up-to-date laws); The dimension of institutionalizing authentic culture and values includes the components (Islamic traditions and customs, value orientation, institutionalizing authentic culture, expanding and deepening culture); the dimension of coherence and adaptation (internal and external coherence and adaptation, and general resilience).
