Selecting the appropriate leadership style,can act as a competitive advantage for organizations. Transformational leadership with the ability to motivate employees and develop a corporate culture in which Ethical practices are considered as norm,trying to predict environmental changes and to control them to achieve optimal performance.The present study evaluate the impact of transformational leadership on job performance by Leader–Member Exchange and Employee engagement.The population was Official employees of Kerman Province Gas Company, which 120 of them as a sample had been chosen based on Morgan table and by usingRandom Stratified Sampling.This research is practical and survey based.The questionnaire used to collect data and to describe the research’s data,confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation test,SPSS22 and SmartPLS3 had been used.The results showed despite Employee engagement are acceptable as a mediator in the relationship between Transformational leadership and job performance,but the mediator effect of Leader–Member Exchange will not be accepted.
