چکیده
نظام همکاری علمی بین‌المللی که برای دهه‌ها بر پایه سازوکارهایی چون تبادل استاد و دانشجو، کنسرسیوم‌های پژوهشی رسمی، و شبکه‌های هم‌تألیفی شکل گرفته بود، اکنون در حال عبور از یک آستانه گفتمانی است. ظهور هوش مصنوعی مولد، عامل‌های پژوهشگر خودکار، و سکوهای تطبیق‌دهنده الگوریتمی، صورت‌بندی تازه‌ای از همکاری علمی را پدید آورده که در این مقاله از آن با عنوان «ائتلاف دانشی هوشمند» یاد می‌شود. این پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از روش تبارشناسی فوکویی، نه به دنبال روایتی خطی از «پیشرفت» فناوری، بلکه در پی آشکارسازی گسست‌ها، رژیم‌های حقیقت، و روابط قدرت-دانش تازه‌ای است که در بطن این گذار شکل می‌گیرند. یافته‌های این مطالعه، مبتنی بر تحلیل اسنادی و مرور نظام‌مند شواهد کتاب‌سنجی و سیاستی به‌روز (۲۰۲۴ تا ۲۰۲۶)، نشان می‌دهد که همکاری علمی هوش‌محور با افزایش معنادار در اندازه تیم‌های پژوهشی، تراکم همکاری بین‌المللی، و ظهور سکوهای تطبیق الگوریتمی همراه بوده است؛ اما هم‌زمان، شکاف دیجیتال جهانی، ژئوپلیتیک محاسبات، و بحران‌های نویافته اعتبارسنجی نویسندگی، نظم گفتمانی تازه‌ای را بر روابط دانشگاهی بین‌المللی تحمیل کرده‌اند. مقاله با ارائه یک چارچوب چهارمرحله‌ای تبارشناختی (از همکاری آنالوگ سنتی تا ائتلاف‌های شناختی توزیع‌شده)، و با تکیه بر جداول تحلیلی، صورت‌بندی می‌کند که آنچه در ظاهر یک «ابزار تسهیل‌گر» می‌نماید، در عمل رژیم تازه‌ای از مرئی‌سازی، طبقه‌بندی، و اعتبارسنجی دانش را بازتولید می‌کند که واجد پیامدهای راهبردی برای دانشگاه‌ها و سیاست‌گذاران علم در کشورهای درحال‌توسعه، از جمله ایران، است.

From Traditional Scientific Collaboration to Intelligent Knowledge Alliances: A Genealogical Study of the Role of Artificial Intelligence in International Academic Relations

The international scientific collaboration system, which for decades has been grounded in mechanisms such as faculty and student exchange, formal research consortia, and co-authorship networks, is currently undergoing a profound discursive transformation. The emergence of generative artificial intelligence, autonomous research agents, and algorithmic matchmaking platforms has given rise to a new configuration of scientific collaboration, conceptualized in this study as "Intelligent Knowledge Alliances." Drawing upon a Foucauldian genealogical approach, this research does not seek to construct a linear narrative of technological "progress." Instead, it aims to uncover the discontinuities, regimes of truth, and emerging power–knowledge relations that underpin this transition.
Based on documentary analysis and a systematic review of recent bibliometric and policy evidence published between 2024 and 2026, the findings indicate that AI-driven scientific collaboration has been accompanied by significant increases in research team size, the density of international collaboration networks, and the proliferation of algorithmic matching platforms. Simultaneously, however, the global digital divide, the geopolitics of computational resources, and newly emerging challenges surrounding authorship validation have imposed a new discursive order on international academic relations. By proposing a four-stage genealogical framework that traces the evolution from traditional analog collaboration to distributed cognitive alliances, and supported by a series of analytical tables, this article argues that what initially appears to be merely a facilitative technological instrument, in practice reconstructs a new regime of knowledge visibility, classification, and validation. This emerging regime carries profound strategic implications for universities and science policymakers in developing countries, including Iran.
