تبیین مفهوم شخصیت فناورانه سازمان چابک در عصر

چکیده
عصر هوش مصنوعی، سازمانها را از مرحله «بهکارگیری فناوری» به مرحله «زیستن سازمانی با فناوری» وارد کرده است؛ مرحلهای که در آن داده، الگوریتم، پلتفرم و همکاری انسانماشین نه فقط ابزارهای پشتیبان عملیات، بلکه بخشی از منطق هویت، تصمیمگیری، یادگیری و کنش سازمانی میشوند. با وجود ادبیات گسترده درباره تحول دیجیتال، قابلیت هوش مصنوعی و چابکی سازمانی، هنوز مفهوم منسجمی برای توضیح این پرسش شکل نگرفته است که چرا برخی سازمانهای چابک در مواجهه با فناوریهای هوشمند، شخصیت متمایز، پایدار و قابل تشخیصی پیدا میکنند و برخی دیگر صرفاً مجموعهای از پروژههای فناوری را اجرا میکنند. هدف مقاله حاضر، تبیین نظری مفهوم «شخصیت فناورانه سازمان چابک» در عصر هوش مصنوعی است. با رویکرد مفهومپردازی نظری و مرور یکپارچه ادبیات 2018 تا 2026، مقاله نشان میدهد شخصیت فناورانه را میتوان الگوی نسبتاً پایدارِ ترجیحات، حساسیتها، عادتهای تصمیمگیری، شیوههای یادگیری و اصول حکمرانی دانست که تعیین میکند سازمان چابک چگونه فناوریهای هوشمند را درک، انتخاب، ترکیب، استفاده، بازآفرینی و اخلاقیسازی میکند. بر مبنای مبانی قابلیت پویا، دیدگاه اجتماعیفنی، هوش مصنوعی سازمانی، چابکی دیجیتال و حکمرانی الگوریتمی، مقاله هشت بعد اصلی برای این سازه پیشنهاد میکند: جهتگیری دادهمحور و شواهدگرا، پیشبینیپذیری الگوریتمی و هوشیاری محیطی، انسانمحوری و افزودهسازی، معماری پلتفرمی و ماژولار، یادگیری آزمایشی و بازترکیب سریع، حکمرانی اخلاقی و توضیحپذیر، گشودگی اکوسیستمی، و تابآوری سایبریسازمانی. نتیجه مقاله چارچوبی مفهومی برای پژوهشهای آتی و راهنمایی مدیریتی برای سنجش بلوغ فناورانه سازمانهای چابک در اقتصاد هوش مصنوعی ارائه میدهد.

Explaining the concept of the technological personality of an agile organization in the age of artificial intelligence

The age of artificial intelligence is moving organizations beyond the instrumental adoption of technology toward an organizational condition in which technology becomes part of how firms perceive, decide, learn, coordinate, and justify action. Although recent research has extensively examined digital transformation, organizational agility, artificial intelligence capability, and algorithmic governance, it has not yet provided a coherent conceptual lens for explaining why some agile organizations develop a distinctive and recognizable technological character while others remain collections of fragmented digital projects. This conceptual article develops and explains the notion of the “technological personality of the agile organization” in the age of artificial intelligence. Drawing on an integrative review of post-2018 research in digital transformation, AI in organizations, dynamic capabilities, sociotechnical systems, organizational agility, and responsible AI governance, the article defines technological personality as a relatively stable pattern of organizational preferences, sensitivities, decision habits, learning routines, and governance principles through which an agile organization interprets, selects, recombines, uses, redesigns, and legitimizes intelligent technologies. The article proposes eight constitutive dimensions: data-driven and evidence-based orientation, algorithmic foresight and environmental sensing, human-centered augmentation, modular and platform-based architecture, experimental learning and rapid recombination, ethical and explainable governance, ecosystem openness, and cyber-organizational resilience. By integrating these dimensions, the article advances a theoretical framework for understanding how agile organizations become technologically distinctive without becoming technologically deterministic. The framework contributes to management scholarship by linking agility, identity, AI capability, and responsible governance, and it provides practical implications for assessing technological maturity and designing AI-enabled agile organizations.
