Under crisis conditions, the supply chain of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) faces significant challenges due to fluctuations in demand, production and supply disruptions, and economic and social crises. These factors can lead to disruptions in the effective distribution of goods, increased costs, and reduced access to essential products. Given the importance of efficient supply chain management under such conditions, this study focuses on designing a distribution model for essential fast-moving consumer goods during crises, with the aim of developing effective strategies to improve supply chain performance and resilience. This research was conducted using a qualitative grounded theory approach, based on data obtained through in-depth interviews with relevant specialists and experts, as well as an examination of existing documents. To validate the findings, quantitative statistical methods were also employed to test and confirm the proposed hypotheses. In this regard, causal, contextual, core, strategic, and intervening categories were identified, and their roles in the efficiency and resilience of the supply chain were analyzed. The findings indicate that improving logistics infrastructure, adopting advanced technologies, developing collaborative relationships, and implementing risk and crisis management are among the key strategies for improving the distribution of essential goods under crisis conditions. The implementation of these strategies can improve access to goods, reduce costs, stabilize markets, and enhance public trust. By developing a comprehensive model, this study proposes practical solutions for addressing distribution challenges during crises and assists decision-makers in improving supply chain performance and mitigating the adverse effects of crises through the adoption of appropriate strategies. This research represents an effective step toward advancing knowledge in supply chain management under crisis conditions and provides a solid foundation for future research.
