English

With the rapid expansion of the digital economy, the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies has become a cornerstone of strategic decision-making and competitive advantage creation for business enterprises; however, accurately and quantitatively measuring the impact of these technologies on organizational performance requires empirical assessment. This research aims to evaluate the impact of AI adoption on the strategic performance of companies within the context of the digital economy. In terms of objective, this is an applied study; methodologically, it employs a descriptive-correlational approach based on cross-sectional econometric modeling, utilizing data collected through the assessment and surveying of companies active in the technology and digital economy sectors at a specific point in time. To precisely evaluate relationships and control for confounding factors, linear and multiple regression models were employed, incorporating control variables such as firm size, capital structure, and firm age. Findings from the econometric model estimations indicate that the level of AI system adoption and integration has a positive and significant impact on enhancing strategic performance, improving profitability indicators, and boosting the competitive capabilities of enterprises. Ultimately, the results confirm that investment in AI is not merely an operational measure; rather, acting as a strategic driver, it plays a decisive role in achieving macro-level objectives and ensuring the sustainable development of enterprises within the digital economy.
